Grey Cast Iron Prima Welding Electrode

Formulated specifically for welding grey cast iron with high crack resistance. Produces smooth, machinable welds suitable for drilling, tapping, and shaping. Operates with both AC and DC (electrode positive) power sources. Suitable for cold and low-heat input welding to avoid thermal distortion. Delivers a stable arc with low spatter and minimal porosity. Recommended for repairing broken castings, engine blocks, gear housings, pump casings, and other grey iron parts. Offers excellent slag detachability and clean weld bead finish. Supports flat and horizontal welding positions. Available in standard diameters such as 2.5 mm, 3.15 mm, and 4.0 mm. Supplied in moisture-resistant packaging to ensure shelf life and performance consistency.
