Established in 2002, Multicolor Flexi pack first specialized in trading business. From this position we were early to recognize the opportunity for manufacturing in 2011, and its specific application to large format printing for both 2 layers and 3 layers with Pet, BOPP and Paper. Later in 2015 we changed our business format and moved over to our owned premises with brand new highly technical machinery under the name of Multicolor Print pack.

Two sets of high speed machines are equipped for best in class performance. A number of finishes are achieved including matte, glossy, 3D and Window with metalized. Printing Machines are loaded with newest technology like auto control system and high resolution web video for accurate result.
Two Lamination machines (Solvent Less and Solvent Base) are installed under one roof. Our Solvent Less machine is high Speed (350 meter per min) machine to laminate high volume jobs. Critical jobs for food grade are laminated in solvent-less system were process of lamination is 100% solvent free. Our second Lamination machine is Solvent Base which is used for Atta jobs and heavy Micron Poly jobs for optimum bond strength. Plastic films are laminated with plastic films or aluminum foil to a maximum of 3 layers at width up to 1000mm. We have mastered the art of laminating paper jobs with 3 ply and 4 ply including UV coating and excluder coating.
Under this process, laminated material is slit into range from 70mm to 1000mm as per requirement. Printed rolls are doctored to discard waste material.
