PRO-SAN 810 Liquid Concentrate Cleaner For Fruit & Vegetables

PRO-SAN^® 810 is a super concentrated liquid product for institutional use for washing fruit and vegetables and cleaner for hard food contact Surfaces. For use one ounce of PRO-SAN^® 810 is diluted with water to make 8 gallons of ready-to-use product. It can be easily dispensed with automatic metering system. It is used in food processing, restaurants, and grocery stores. The product is exclusively made with food grade GRAS (generally regarded as safe) and other food additive ingredients approved by the EPA, FDA and USDA on fruits, vegetables, raw agricultural commodities and food contact surfaces. The ready-to-use PRO-SAN^® 810 solution is colorless, odorless, biodegradable, shelf-stable and free of animal products. PRO-SAN^® 810 is free of v.o.c.s (volatile organic compounds).(Free of v.o.c.s means pollution free breathing indoors & in enclosed spaces). PRO-SAN^® 810 antibacterial liquid concentrate does not react covalently with organic matter. It does not alter or destroy organic food by chemical oxidation. Unlike most oxidizing chemicals (bleach-hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, per-acetic acid, hydrogen peroxide & ozone) used on produce, PRO-SAN^® 810 leaves vitamins, phytochemicals and other nutrients of fresh fruits and vegetables in natural condition.
