PRO-SAN LC Liquid Concentrate Cleaner

PRO-SAN^® LC is an antibacterial liquid concentrate institutional product for washing/sanitizing fruits and vegetables and cleaner for hard food contact surfaces. It is registered with HEALTH CANADA. For use one ounce (29.57 mL) is diluted with one gallon potable water and can be easily dispensed with automatic meters. It is extensively used in food processing, grocery stores and green houses. This Chlorine free fruit and vegetable cleaner product is exclusively made using food grade GRAS(Generally Regarded As Safe) and other food additive ingredients approved by the EPA, FDA and USDA on fruits, vegetables, raw agricultural commodities and food contact surfaces. PRO-SAN^® LC is colorless, odorless, biodegradable, shelf-stable, and free of animal products PRO-SAN^® LC is free of v.o.c.s (volatile organic compounds). (Free of v.o.c.s means pollution free breathing indoors & in enclosed spaces). PRO-SAN^® LC does not react covalently with organic matter. It does not alter or destroy organic food by chemical oxidation.  Unlike most oxidizing chemicals (bleach-hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, per-acetic acid, hydrogen peroxide & ozone) used on produce, PRO-SAN^® LC leaves vitamins, phytochemicals and other nutrients of fresh fruits and vegetables in natural condition.
