However, a completely tailor-made package may be costly as a gas compressor package invloves various units and components that are not manufactured by the compressor prime vendor. Hence, sourcing for suitable and competitive sub-suppliers, who are familiar with local specifications and codes of practice, may cause limitations to the compressor prime vendor.
