3. Weight is between 40 - 55 grams per feet ( not less than 40 grams)
4. Black spots or ammonia burns is less than 3%
5. Broken bones is less than 3%
6. Outer hard nails on
7. Bad smell: nil
8. The moisture content is less than 3% .
9. Clean and fresh kept in cold storage at -18o c
10. Goods no older than three months from the production date.
11. Govt. Health certified.
