In addition to our broaching services, Illinois Broaching Co., Inc. offers precision CNC machining services to provide you with a single source provider for all your production needs. We are equipped with the latest technology 3- and 4- axis vertical machining centers capable of a wide variety of machining techniques, as well as automatic pallet changers and 3-jaw chucking systems enable us to fabricate parts rapidly. We manufacture all fixturing and most tooling in house, which saves time and helps keep costs low. We work with all types of metal, including aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, and various steel and steel alloys as well as many types of plastic. In addition our lifting capacity enables us to fabricate parts weighing up to 300 lbs.
