Promotional T Shirt Polo XL, Age Group : Middle class

Salaam Sir,
We are writing to know if you could be able to handle a large project supply of Promotional T shirt Polo for distribution to more than 52 rural villages in the Niger Delta region within West Africa Sub-regions. The Design of the T shirt Polo as attached.
I am Mr. Usman Da Kerekou, the Regional Coordinator Project Director to Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) on special project.
The NDDC is a commission established for rural and urban development, distribution of foods, amenities and infrastructure to the rural area of the Niger Delta area within the West African Sub-regions.
