We are offering proportional integral control valve.
Purpose
proportion integral regulating valve zlvg-7000 series thread copper valve could be matched with zlva-7150 or zlva-3000 actuator, could regulate cool or heat water flow, is widely applied to control liquid for central air-condition, heating and water treatment system

� sealer of valve stem: y gasket ring and o type combination, nbr rubber seal component, ptfe seal cover
� valve stem: stainless steel aisi304
� valve plug: brass
� other components are all in brass.
�� pressure-bearing:1.6mpa; service medium: water; liquid temperature: 1~95�
� connection manner: bsp parallel inner screw (bs21); flow characteristics: equal percentage � leakage amount�less than kv value 0.05%
installation and maintenance�
� valve stem goes down to cut off the valve.
�� keep the pipe clean before installing valve, without oxide skin and metal sheet or other sundries.
�� make sure homocentric by connecting pipe and valve body, unaffected by vibration, flow direction shall be same as indication in the valve body.
�� the actuator shall be install above valve body vertically, leave sufficient space for daily maintenance (such as disassemble actuator)
� cut off or insulate power when make maintenance to valve, without pressure for water system.
