Provolone Cheese

Made from the highest quality cow milk, Provolone is widely used for making sandwiches, baked dishes (lasagna, pizza) or cheese soups, because it melts well. And this is a great addition to a cheese plate or salad.

Ingredients: whole cow’s milk, cow’s skimmed milk, salt, leaven of pure cultures of mesothermophilic lactic acid bacteria, coagulating enzymes of microbial origin, calcium chloride (E509), potassium nitrate (E252). Allergen: milk.

Production (packing) date, batch number, net weight, manufacturer number and barcode are indicated on the packaging. Terms and storage conditions: 90 days at a temperature of -4… +6 °C and relative humidity 85-90% or at a temperature of 0… 6 °C and relative humidity 80-85% – no more than 90 days from the manufacture (packing) date.

Due to the handmade process, each Provolone piece’s weight slightly varies. Weight is indicated next to the barcode at the label sticker.
