Technical Certitude :
01 Nitrogen Flow :-
Can be generate 1 – 3000 Nm3/hr with multiple PSA modules
02. Nitrogen Purity : -
Can be generate at any desired purity up to 99.9999% with different models
03 Nitrogen Pressure :-
In most application offered Nitrogen at 5 Kg/cm2 g pressure is suitable however it can be generate up to any desired pressure with Nitrogen gas boosters.
04 Dew Point :-
Generally our Nitrogen generator deliver dry gas up to (-) 40 to (-) 80°C. we offer online measuring instrument to measure dryness of gas.
HOW IT WORKS
•Atmospheric Air contains of approx. 78% Nitrogen & 20.9 % Oxygen.
•The PSA process utilized CMS to extract the nitrogen from atmospheric air.
•The PSA process comprise 2 – vessels filled with Carbon molecular sieves & Activated Alumina
•Once Oil free clean air passed through the vessel, pure nitrogen comes out as product gas.
•The exhaust ( adsorbed Oxygen) gas is vented to atmosphere. Once molecular sieves saturated, the process switch over to other tower by automatic valves. In mean time saturated bed to undergo regeneration by depressurization and purging to atmospheric pressure.
•Hence cyclic operation of 2 – vessels in nitrogen production & regeneration ensure continuous availability of Nitrogen gas to your process.
