Psyllium husk, Packaging Size : 150 gm

Suggested Usage : Mix 2 scoops (5 grams approx) ( into at least 200 ml of water or other liquid and consume immediately. Drink a second glass of water right after and be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Gradually increase over several weeks to 4-6 scoops daily for maximal effect.

Note : This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
