Poltytetrafluride ethylene (PTFE) Membrane filter uses a natural hydrophobic PTFE Membrane. It offer the highest level of assurance of chemical compatibility and filtration performance in aggressive chemicals, Vent filtration and other critical process filtration applicatios. The absolute rated PTFE membrane filters are 100% integrity testable and offers maximum chemical compatibility with minimal extractables in a wide range of fluids and applications. All support components are polypropylene. . No adhesives , binders or surfactants are used in the manufacturing process All the filters are rinsed/flushed /dried with high purity pyrogenic-free water to reduce extractable.

The hydrophobic PTFE membrane is ideally suited for filtering acids, bases and solvents. In addition, the hydrophobic membrane provides superior flow and pressure drop characteristics per unit area for gas filtration and tank venting applications, fermentation feed air.
