Description.Acrylic polyurethane sealer has good transparency and flow as well as quick drying characteristics and good resistance to over coating. It has good penetrating power and filling properties on wood surfaces. APPLICATION DATA.Application method:air spray or air less spray.Mixing ratio:7649121(sealer):100 parts.591 9100 (catalyst):25parts.Thinner 5669155 : 20-25 parts(for air spray).:5-10 parts(for airless spray).Usage.Suitable as a sealer for any kind of wood.Surface preparations:All timber must be having moisture content less than 8% and all contaminants must be removed from the surface before application. Apply by spray both horizontally and vertically at low pressure, the second coat after 1 hour from the first coat. Sanding between the two coats is must.
