this machine is also called five heads automatic aerosol filling machine,combined two liquid filling machines,one semiautomatic sealing machine, two propellant filling machines(with two booster pump station) on a single platform,can work with the single machine, and also can be regulated to realize two-machine, three-machine, or four- machine linkage work.
It absorbs foreign advanced technology,its filling end is controlled separately, no discharging without filling;it is sealing with high quality for adopting oriented-sealing; the way of the oriented inflation in the charging end is accurate and efficient with minimal gas consumption.

Application:
it is mainly used for filling polyurethane foam and different liquefiable gas such as freon, dimethyl ether(dme) and 134a,including corrosive liquefiable gas.it can simplified production process, improve the capacity for large doses of aerosol filling products
the filling part uses ptfe seals and 316l stainless steel,mainly used for filling different mediums,including corrosive liquefiable gas.
