Pug Mill for Mixing Ash Water

Pug Mill also known as Ash Conditioner consists of dual counter-rotating shafts with pitched paddles to create a kneading and folding motion, ensuring thorough mixing of ash & water. Specially designed for ash conditioning, they prevent dust nuisance during silo unloading or bulker filling.
The Pug Mill is equipped with water spray nozzles that inject water into the pug mill, making the ash/dust moist. This moisture enables the ash/dust to be transported in an open truck without generating excessive dust.
The paddles have a hard-facing, which provides a long life for the paddles in dusty conditions. Customization is available to accommodate different capacities.
