Hardened Steel Platens Pull Handle Cycle Test Machine

Test equipment function：

         The Pull handle cycle test machine is designed to perform durability test for pull handle in according to BS 8424.

     Three pull action air cylinder on the arm is controlled by PLC independently. The pull action rams shall be capable of operating at 3 s intervals. The arm can be rotated from 30°to 150°position, in increments30°.Then pull action cylinders apply the force in turn. According to the test requirements of different length handle, the fixed position of three linear cylinders can be adjusted, and the force can be applied to any position of handle.

       PLC controls motor to move the beam and cylinder to apply pull loading in turn, and detects the swing position of the beam. Use the proximity switch to detect the handle, stop the machine if any broken.
