Applications
Pulverizers are intended to the pulverizing of mid-hard, breakable to high impact plastics that need the ultimate material in powder form. Pulverizers are mainly used for PE, PVC, PC and other different types of plastics. The input material required for pulverizer must be in a crush form with a maximum size of 6-8 mm (1/4-5/16 in.).
Design
Pulverizer can be supplied with automatic temperature control as this is the unit with high through put. Vibro feeder is the material used into Pulverizing is fed into specific and high speed rotating discs of Pulverizer. With a downstream material transport system the material along with an integrated inner disc is forced by the Pulverizer discs to the outer chamber for discharge. Screening machine is not needed to operate the Pulverizer. The exact final powder size is depends upon the teeth configuration and the changeable gap between the Pulverizer discs. A screening machine can be effortlessly incorporated into the system when the application wants a maximum particle size.
