Punched Labels

Rectangular labels are cut on precision high speed Polar guillotine cutting machines. A skilled workforce ensures size variation within extremely small tolerances of +/- 0.25 mm. 
When the tolerances are tighter, labels are punched to ensure no variation at all. Besides, labels are punched to obtain a variety of shapes as determined by the design of a label. Even border finishes are obtained. 
The Punching facilities installed are in-line Punching with Rotary Dies, Hydraulic Ram Punching, Platen Punching or Vertical Envelope Punching. The process of punching adopted depends on the label and its order size. Dies are imported or sourced locally depending on the precision and quantities required.
