Platen Punching Machine is designed for Cutting, Creasing and Embossing on Paper, Duplex Board, Paper Corrugated Sheets, Fibreglass sheets, Vinyl, Foam Rubber, Felt, Gaskets, Wood Veneers, Leather, Sponge Rubber, Cork, Plastics, Polythene, Linoleum & PVC Sheets, etc DWELL TIMING DEVICE' can set timing of the moving platen from 0.5 to 10 seconds. At dwell option, the moving platen remains stationary in an open position for the set dwell time before resuming motion. This is very useful feature when largedifficult jobs are being fed or when fine registration of Die in a job is required. This feature minimizes wastage in jobs.Multiple 'SAFETY DEVICES' viz. Off-position at Rotary Switch, Leg operated Safety Guard, Protective Wrap-Around Safety Guard, Trip Bar on the moving platen (optional), Safety is ensured by full electrical interlocking. All moving parts of the machine are protected by approved safety guards.
