Construction : Diagonally braided from pure expanded flexible graphite yarn. Application : Very flexible and supple packing, excellent alternative to pre-formed graphite-rings. The benefits of this packing are low friction and excellent thermal conductivity. It can be used with steam, water, oils, alkalies, acids, solvents, paints, varnishes on pumps and valves in high temperature and high pressure environments prevailing in power plants, boiler houses, refineries, steel mills, petrochemical industries, etc.
