Extra strong and waterproof in nature, our PVC Self Adhesive is easy to use. ANS 5310/5400P is heat reactive polymer system used for paper metal bonding in filter elements. Shelf Life : 60 –90 days away from direct sunlight or heat and in original containers. Material will thicken on storage but adhesion will remain unaffected. Thin with ANS THINNER, as required.
Chemical Resistance : Resistant to hot engine oils and diesel fuel.

• Immersion tests at 110 °C for 100 hours in SAE –30 oil.
• Immersion tests at 25 –35 ° C for 48 hours in Petroleum Ether 40 –60°C boiling range.
• Immersion tests at 75°C for 78 hours in diesel fuel.

• Dispense a adhesive layer of required thickness in the End Cap and insert the filter element.
• Place the End Cap on the hot plate at 190-210° C for 3-5 minutes.
• On cooling to room temperature a permanent bond will be obtained.
