PVC Blue tape for Semiconductor Wafer Dicing processes. 

*Nama PV80 ( non-UV type adhesive tape ) is designed to secure parts during the dicing process of manufacturing semiconductors, electronic devices and optical components.

*Nama PV80 is also used for in various applications, including the processing of silicones, ceramics and chip LEDs.

*Nama PV80 is manufactured in clean room factory and guarantee No-residue of adhesive after peeling off the tape.

*Using non-UV type adhesive, UV irradiation is not required during processing.

*Fits various chip sizes with widely ranging grades of adhesive strength.

*With good expansion, exhibits high pick-up performance even with small chips.

These tapes are available in rolls suitable for all automatic and manual wafer mounting systems where the wafers are being mounted onto tape and film frames. The size and adhesive stickiness could be adjusted upon customer’s requirement. 

The product is wound on a plastic core. Rolls are individually packed in a double polyethylene bag with lot number.
