introduction:
pvc corner mesh is molded and extruded with rigid pvc compounds and stick or sewn with fiberglass mesh. It can be used for exterior and interior wall corner.
application: widely used in all kinds of outdoor and indoor of building, major function is to protect the wall corner and anti-bumping, meanwhile save the cost of construction, speed up the construction process.

operation:
1. Check the corner of verticality and flatness of the wall, and found that the tolerance is too large. Should eradicate the preiection and the hollow.
2. Making special grout: white cement and wood glue mixing ratio of about 3:1. And add the old powder & 801 glue.
3. With special grout, makes the corner and wall smooth.
4. Put the corner mesh in the corner. Fixed the nails to make it strength. Then trowelling the overflow cement grout.
5. Slightly dry, paint the professional pulp again.
6. Dry naturally, usually need to wait 48 hours (in case of rainy season maybe need more time). Polished with sandpaper. After that paint a layer of powder.
