the first step to preparing pvc compound we need dosing, usually for dosing two different volumes weighing bunker are used, for calsite and pvc weighing bunker volume larger; for chemicals such as, for stabilizers, modifiers , titanium dioxide, dop oil, and so on weighing bunker lower volume for accurately weighing. Transfering are done by screw feeder from storage equipments to weighing bunker. The system works fully automatically plc and scada system controlled by the operator.

pvc feeding systems
the third and final step prepared mixture of pvc is transfering to to extruder and feed it, depending on the area we can install two different systems, first one is pneumatic conveying systems and second one is mechanical handling system by screw feeder, bucket elevator or belt conveyors. Depending on the capacity of extruder will be feeded usually using as the system equipments such as level sensors, air locks, dosing screw feeder, dosing belt conveyors and etc. Operation is completely automated with plc and scada system. And feeding of extruders is performed automatically by computers.
