PVC Molded Doors

We are offering PVC Molded Doors. The surface skin of the panel of PVC Molded Doors is made out of 100% PVC sheet, which is foamed using chemicals so as to make it light weight and give it a silky matt surface finish and the panel's inner core is of high density EPS (hollow profile sheet). This sandwich construction results in a solid, strong, and lightweight panel. The panel is bonded permanently to the stiles & rails using solvent cement adhesive. Stiles & rails are made from 4mm thick PVC sheets. The wall thickness of 4mm ensures excellent screw holding strength. All types of fixtures can be fitted on the stiles & rails as desired. PVC Molded Doors can be fitted on existing wooden or metal doorframes.
