• Made with single piece extruded 5 mm thick solid PVC profiles
• 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter made out of single piece extruded profiles 5 mm thick solid PVC profiles for styles & rails of size 95 mm out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered x 35 mm thick, 5mm wall thickness
• The styles & rails shall have one side a thickness of 15 mm on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power
• The styles & rails shall be reinforced with MS tube of size 19 mm x 19 mm 19 gauges
• Styles & rails will be mitered cut & joined with the help of PVC solvent cement, SDST screws, & PVC bracket of size 15 mm x 15 mm at each corner. “single piece extruded 5mm thick solid PVC Lock Rail” of Size 115 mm out of which 95 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered at both end x 30 mm thickness x 5 mm wall thickness and 15 mm solid in middle will be fixed with the help of solvent and SDST screws of 125 mm x 11 mm
• 5 mm single piece solid PVC extruded sheet will be inserted in the door as panel
