PVC Suction Hose

PVC Suction Hose has extensive usage in the applications requiring suction and discharge of water, like the irrigation industry and is also used for the transportation of chemicals and oils in various industries. It is also used for suction operations in construction sites and also in mining.

PVC Suction Hose is essentially a flexible conduit which is commonly used for the suction and discharge of water, chemicals and oils from the place of source to their actual site of use.

All purpose suction and discharge hoses are made with flexible PVC and come with reinforcements of specially compounded Rigid PVC Spirals. Low pressure and high pressure flexible hoses using the PVC characteristics are resistant to abrasion and weather, and also display excellent resistance to inside and outside pressure. Since the hose has reinforcement of rigid PVC spirals and has the structural composition of flat wall inside and screw shape outside, it is ideal to withstand multi-axial stress.

Application:

It is used in the general pumping and discharge applications that require much greater flexibility than the standard hose. 
For the suction of saline water, light acids, dung, alkaline substances and other chemicals except solvents. 
Suitable for use in vacuum tankers handling slurry. Also apt for use in cold storages and outdoor applications.
