This product can also be edged with heavy-duty edging for loose laid applications. Manufactured from 100% natural coconut fibre bonded to a PVC backing, this product is environmentally friendly and will withstand heavy foot traffic.
PVC-backed coir mat is made by High-quality Coir Yarn and non-skid PVC base by a special molding process. Durable Coir mats give excellent scraping qualities and Slip-resistant flexible PVC backing.
The mats are cut using computerized automatic cutting machines that ensure clean edges. The PVC backing allows for completely accurate cutting of the mats to the desired sizes.It can be also cut to your desired shapes in any size, curved or straight and it gives us a completely clean and secure edge that will not fray. And it is easy to clean and highly durable

We have a bigger unit today in Alappuzha in Kerala manufacturing items like coir & rubber mats, coir products, jute mats, yoga mats, coir geotextile, curled coir ropes and jute rugs. In our unit, we are continually researching and have come up with very innovative items that have caught on the fancy in the international market. This attribute has helped us to scale our production and we have increased in leaps and bounds since we began our new unit in 2020.
The raw inputs are an issue at all. It is all within our control because we source locally from farmers all over the state which has loads of coconut trees to boost our supplies. With technology and innovation on our side, today we have become a household name with the basic products that we manufacture with precision and care.
Every step of the production is carefully manned so that the costs can be reduced. In this way, we have been able to bring to our customers very cost-effective products that have become very much accepted as well appreciated for their aesthetic appeal and quality.
