Transparent Bottle Pycnometer

Transparent Bottle Pycnometer is made of transparent polycarbonate or borosilicate glass with a capacity of 50 ml, 100 ml, or 250 ml. It features a ground glass stopper or screw cap and has calibrated volume markings. Used for determining the specific gravity and density of soil or liquids, it is typically calibrated at 27°C. The design includes a stopper with a fine capillary hole to allow air escape. It complies with IS:2720 (Part 3), ASTM D854, and BS 1377 standards. The pycnometer weighs approximately 120 to 300 grams depending on size and material. It is reusable and autoclavable if made of glass or heat-resistant plastic.
