1. Working Principle

This kind of shot blasting equipment is loaded by hanger, then workpieces enter into shot blasting chamber for blasting. When it works, the equipment runs according to the following information: opening dust removing system, elevator, separator, screw conveyor and so on. First, the electric hoist hangs the workpieces and rises to a fixed position, then enter into the shot blasting chamber along with orbit horizontally, when it arrives at the fixed position, it stops horizontal operation and begin to rotate. At this moment, please close the door of shot blasting chamber and top seal .Then blasting wheel and supplying shot gate opens. These workpieces are blasted in shot blasting chamber. When the fixed time is finished, supplying shot gate and blasting wheel are closed. Now open the door of shot blasting chamber and top seal. The whole hanger workpieces run to the certain position outside blasting chamber to unload materials by driven of electric hoist, another hanger workpieces hooked already goes to the blasting room to repeat the procedure.
