QYD series crawler fully hydraulic core exploration drilling rig adopts rope core drilling rig with full hydraulic power head drilling method, and the core drilled by the drilling tool is lifted out by the winch through the inner hole of the drill pipe to complete the geological drilling core work. It is mainly suitable for drilling solid ore deposits, and can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling, and engineering drilling such as tunnel ventilation, drainage and dike grouting.

2.1 Equipped with a wireless remote control, the drilling rig can be remotely controlled to prevent sudden dangers.

2.2 The rig is fully hydraulic driven, and the hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, with high working efficiency and high torque.

2.3 The power head rotation is driven by axial piston pump and inclined shaft piston motor, and the mechanical two gears plus stepless speed regulation, advanced structure.

2.4 Adopts cylinder chain double speed feeding mechanism, stable and reliable movement, and with power head side translation mechanism.

2.5 Hydraulic gripper to achieve clamping drill pipe, with drill pipe disassembly.

2.6 Hydraulic motor driven hoist, can be flexible lifting drilling tools or auxiliary tools.
