Racks

Gear cutting of up to 3000 mm lengths in one set-up. We produce mill racks on a CNC milling machine. The maximum length we can cut in one clamping is 1000 mm. We produce straight teeth or helical teeth with an angle up to 45 degrees to the left or right. The largest tooth width is 240 mm. The module span is from 10 Module. We also produce racks with irregular divisions
