Orbital Radial Riveting Machine

In Radial Riveting process the tool contact with the rivet is a point contact which generates a rose petal path, as a result a gentle deformation with excellent surface structure is achieved with the least possible force.

• Radial Riveting Machine is suitable for diameter up to 16mm MS rivets.
• Low tranverse forces allow simple fixturing without the need for rigid clamping
• Minimum friction and little heat development results in excellent finish since the tool itself does not rotate.
• Recommended for hard rivet materials, as the deformation of the material is a bit softer, thus reducing the risk of cracks.
• Machine can rivet from freely swiveling joints to clamped, torque resisting joints.
