Double Disc Polishing Machine Consists of Two 8" (200mm) Aluminium disc over which polishing paper or cloth can be pasted, Two separate Motors mounted on a common M.S. Frame, Disc operate in basin of Stainless steel which collects the abrasive wastes and removes them out of the machine through outlet, A swan neck tap which can be swung on the disc for controlled addition of water during grinding and polishing. All controls are provided on the front for ease of operation, 1/2 HP AC single phase motor with continuously variable speed from 400 rpm to 1400 rpm.
