docs req’d for payment: 1 - full set shipment documents (33) clean on board ocean bill of landing marked freight prepaid made out to order and blank endorsed.
2 - three (3) originals invoice and three (3) originals copies showing contract number, name of carrying vessel and contract number.
3 - three (3) originals packing list and three (3) originals copies, showing description of goods, pieces of bundles of goods and unit price, total amount and grossnet weight of the goods.
4 - standard quantity survey certificate issued showing the quantity of the goods loaded on board vessel. Hard copies: 3 originals and 3 originals copies.
5 - standard quality survey certificate issued 3 originals copies, certifying that the shipment meets the quality requirements of the contract. Hard copies will be delivered to the buyer with-in 7 banking
days. the certificates shall specify that the scrap being shipped is *radiation free* and is free from wood and other conducting materials.
Type of contract: cfr (fob delivery can be discussed and aggreed)
validity: the validity of this offer to be 5 international working days.
Methods of payment: irrevocable letter of credit, for the 100% of the value. The bank
instrument will be from the 20 a’ class bank’s and is payable at sight with the issuing of b.l. Bg mt 760 can be discussed
