Rare Earth Ferro Silicon Magnesium

Ferro Silicon Magnesium  is one of the most important inputs in the manufacturing process of spheroidal graphite iron and find usage in low carbon grades of steel due to their low carbon content. FeSiMg mainly used as Deoxidizer and alloy agent in steel making, nodularizer in cast iron production. Theraw materials used in the production of the nodulizer are all deoxidized andde-rusted, and are produced through special smelting equipment, The melting ofthe alloys is carried out in a protective atmosphere so that the MgO content inthe nodulizer is extremely low, and the MgO content in the RE Mg nodularizercan be stably controlled below 0.8%, or MgO content controlled below 0.5%according to customer demand. The MgO content in nickel-magnesium andcopper-magnesium alloy nodulizer can be controlled at 2.5% or less.
