Construction

Housing : The housing of the hoist is made from high graded Cast Iron, designed for maximum strength and maintains alignment under all conditions of service.
Gears & Load sprocket : Manufactured from Special Alloy Steel & Heat Treated. Designed for greater strength and surface durability
Chain : Roller Chain conforming to IS::2403.
Operating Lever (with PVC grip) : Made from Steel conforming to IS: 2062 Grade A.
Lubrication : Grease Nipples are provided for lubrication of inner parts, for smooth and trouble free operation
Hooks : Forged Steel, conforming to IS: 8610 Grade P. Hooks are provided with safety catches. Zinc Plated as per IS : 1573
