Nowadays 60 % of cacao varities is made in peru . It is also the second largest producer of organic cacao .
Cocoa butter is a natural vegetable fat extracted from roasted cocoa bean . It is a thick oil that looks like a butter or butter , but which melts at very low temperature and oil goes from solid state without going through a soft state . This oil is a liquid waste that comes from the press without any additives or chemical treatments.
