All steel assembly differentiates the Rawlbolt® from other alloy based shield anchors.It is the ideal general purpose anchor bolt, having higher degrees of expansion than other types of expansion anchor and excellent tolerance to variations in hole sizes. How to Install :

1)Drill a hole the same as the Nylon body using the fixture as a template. If the fixture thickness is less than the maximum, increase the hole depth accordingly.
2)Remove the debris with a hand pump, compressed air, or vacuum.
3)Insert the Anchor through the material being fastened and push to its full depth in the hole until the collar of the anchor contacts the fixture.
4)Insert the screw nail and tap with a hammer to expand the anchor for secure fixing.
5)Screw or hammer home the drive screw until the head is flush with the collar of the anchor. The drive screw can easily be removed with a screwdriver.
