1> The usable range:
Raymond mill is widely suitable for powder processing of various of ore preparation and coal preparation, such as raw ore, gypsum mine, coal and other materials. The product size of R-type Raymond mill can be adjust arbitrarily within 80-325mesh, part of materials up to 600 mesh.
2> Mechanical structure:
Raymond mill is mainly consisted of host, analysis machine, blower, finished product cyclone separator, pipework, electric motor and other components. Of which the host is made of frame, into wind host spiral, shovel knife, grinding roll, grinding ring, cover shells and motor. Auxiliary equipment have jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, etc., the user can flexibly choose according to the site.
3> Operating principle:
At work, it will need to put the material evenly into the machine from the hopper shell side. Rely on the grinding roll equipment hanging on the host of plum rack, for the function of centrifugal force when rotating, roller swings outward, pressed on the grinding ring, shovel knife scooping up material to between grinding roller and grinding ring, for the roller’s rotating to achieve the crushing purpose. The fine power of grinding material with the cycle wind of blower are carried into analysis machine to separate, coarse material falls back to re-grinding, qualified fine powder with the airflow passing into the cyclone powder collector of finished products, discharged by the powder, namely for finished products.
