Material Of Construction

• Wheels : forged rolled steel fitted with antifriction roller bearing housed in l-type bearing housing. 
• Rope Drum : cast steel fabricated out of rolled steel smilax type. 
• Sheaves : cast steel fabricated out of rolled steel.
• Gear & Pinion : forged low medium carbon alloy steel. 
• Hook : is 3815 - drop forged type swivel type hook plain shank typeramphorsen type.

Inspection And Testing Reports

• Radiography test on customer demand.
• Load testing at our site or at customers place acc. to mutual understanding.
• Speed test of ht & ct motions.
• Testing of electrical components.

Warranty Guarantee : All the equipments and components except electrical stands warranted for 12 months against errection and commissioning for manufacturing defects in the product and will be replaced against freight basis.
