Upma is prepared using semolina and it is full of iron. INGREDIENTS Seamolina (83.33%), Sunflower Oil (14.16%), Salt, White Split Urad, Green Chilli, Sugar, Dried Carrot, Curry Leaves. HOW TO PREPARE Microwave : • Pour the content in a bowl • Add 70ml of water. • Cover it with lid and microwave it for 2 mins and allow it to cool for 3 mins. Boiling Water : • Pour the content of a pack in a bowl. • Add 70ml of boiling water. • Cover it with lid and wait for 5 mins. Stir well and serve. • Serve Hot.
