We entered India’s real estate sector in 1994, and today, we are at the forefront of creating green residential spaces and world-class urban infrastructure through our World Cities concept. We recently entered the affordable housing space with Happinest – a response to the pressing need of providing high quality, but affordable homes to urban Indian families. To strengthen our sustainable practices, we have partnered with the Clinton Climate Initiative and the Indian Green Building Council to build a future that is clean, green and accessible to all.
