Man power required for carrying out threading operations and site management are also available as per client’s requirement. Machineries required for carrying out threading service are mobilized as per the client’s requirement.
Rebar Process

• Cutting: The ends of TMT bars are cut sawn square.
• Forging/Upsetting : The essence of the Upset system consists in a patented method of enlarging the end of the reinforcement bar by cold forging, thus increasing its core diameter.
• Threading: An ISO standard metric thread is then cut on forged portion of the reinforcement bar.
