Kou-Chan Knowledge Convergence Pvt. Ltd. was reconstituted on 7th January, 2002 with change in the management. Mr. V S Bilgi (former CFO at Bharti Airtel) the chief promoter Director, started business operations under the new brand name “Kou-Chan”. Earlier this entity was known as Andig Electronics Pvt. Ltd., incorporated on 21st March 1985 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies in Bangalore Karnataka. Initially, the company was carrying the main business activity of Software Development and Networking in the IT field. Kou-Chan commenced new business activities relating to HR & manpower outsourcing, support services for BPO and call centre logistics and warehouse management, operating system networking & AMC services in IT software & hardware along with Management Consultancy Services.
