Description and Operations :

This unit contains Indexing turret of 8 pockets.
This unit contain mechanical indexer.
Cans are entered into turret at 45 degree.
Indexing Turret Will Pick the Jar Into Below The Cutting and Sealing Head.
Cutting & Sealing will be done at same time.
Dancing Roller Assembly Which Helps the foil for Proper Tension and easy cutting.
Turret places the container to the output conveyor.

Interlocks :

When Input sensor sense the container machine starts in auto mode.
When Output sensor sense the Container machine stops in auto mode to avoid overload / jamming.
No container, no Sealing.
No Container, No Foil Cut.
Clutch slips at overload/jamming in machine.
Emergency stop, machine off.
