Our Cast iron Base plates are very well designed to match accuracy of dimensions for placing Ingot Moulds in proper range , we use A graded material only o cast Grey Cast iron base plates for longer life & higher resistance.
Mould dimensions are very well taken care so that centre of casting should be in line , surface of plates are maintained in zero level for equal flow through out plate and all mould should perform similar metal uplift.
