Construction :
the outer body is made of double walled thick pcrc sheet that are duly powder coated painted insulation with high temperature ceramic fiber wool.the heating elements is of kanthal wire in coil form that is wrapped on the muffle, embedded in high grade refractory cement and backed by high density ceramic fibre blanket in order to avoid loss of heat.to control the temperature, digital temperature indicator cum controller is available.
Temperature :
for models with maximum temperature of 1000°c, the working temperature is 900'cfor higher temperature models, the maximum temperature is 1200'c and the working temperature is 1100°c
