	Exterior Cladding shall be of MS Profiled Sheet. All gaps are sealed to avoid any water leakage, ingress of insects, moisture etc.
Insulation/Acoustic	50mm thick glass wool insulation of density 64kg/m3 on side wall & ceiling.
Temperature	can withstand-20°C to +70°C very easily.
Inner Cladding	MDF Board & all vertically and horizontal corners will be neatly and smoothly Finished with Aluminum sections & L angles.
roofing	MS CR sheet in Sloping/Hut/Plane shape (insulated) with 8 feet height inside.

Doors/Windows	Door- The door will be of external opening type made out of the same material as wall panels. Frame work by tubular pipe. Door with locks & handles with hydraulic door closer. Windows- Windows with safety grills.
Location of Doors/Windows	Wherever desired (as per client’s Requirement.)
Dismatling & Reassembling	Very easy & very nominal rates. the components can be easily transported to any difficult terrain and erected/dismantled very fast with ordinary tools requiring no high skills.
Lighting	Concealed brass fittings with anchor switches and sockets, concealed copper wiring (wherever desired by client) in ratio of one point per 50sq.ft.(Fan, AC will also be fixed as per client’s requirement.
Flooring	Cemented Fibre board will be fixed by means of self-taping screw, PVC vinyl Carpet will be fixed on the panel. (100% water, termite & dimensional proof with vinyl Carpet)
Kitchen & Toilets	Luxurious Ceramic Tiles in floors and laminated, Acrylic Bakelite Wall lining in bathroom if required shade & with white(colour optional) toilet sanitary including concealed G.I. and Hard plats PVC sewerage pipelining.(internal)
Painting	Phosphate the cabin and painting with 1 coat of Epoxy primer with 2 coats of Epoxy Paint. Client can choose there desired colour.
